All merchandise is dispatched from our studio in Lagos and processed between 5-7 business days

Delivery within Nigeria takes 2-4 business days. A tracking number will be provided for all orders being sent out of Lagos.

For international deliveries, all merchandise is processed from our studio within 5-7 business days and arrives within a further 2-4  business days.

For  international orders, please ensure that you’ve filled in your proper address. Our logistics partners do not deliver to P.O boxes. Also, note that we are not liable for custom clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. This is unfortunately out of our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location. 

 

If goods haven’t been received within 10 business days, Please notify us, our logistics agent will ensure to track your package . You can also contact your local logistics agent (depending on the agency we ship your items through, which will be provided in mail after your order has been sent ) with your tracking number to locate your parcel. 

If we do not receive any communication from you within 10 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the items you ordered, we take it that you have received the items in good condition.

Items that are pre ordered begin processing on the date indicated in the product description
