Returns Policy

We do hope you are satisfied with your orders and won't have any need to return a Y’WANDELAG product.

Should you have to return or exchange any item, we would be here to assist you.

Please note that if you are returning an item, it must be returned undamaged, unaltered, unwashed, free from makeup stains and must be returned in the original packaging, with the Y’WANDELAG hang tags.

We will also alter or replace a returned item for the correct order or size whatever the case may be

Returns will be processed for a store credit and not a refund except in cases where we sent out the wrong order or a damaged item.

Exchanges will be shipped out to you at the same cost the original item was shipped. There would only be an exception if the item was exchanged because of a fault from us. You can exchange your merchandise for a store credit or items of the same style in a different size or colour within 14 business days.

 

You can only return an item on sale for a store credit, also note that there are no exchanges allowed on sale items.

If the merchandise is returned damaged, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at your own cost.

If your package is lost in transit, we will ship out a replacement or refund you. However, we will not be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been obtained
